1. Order Process
All orders must be placed directly through our website. Simply add your desired items to your Shopping Bag and click "Proceed to Checkout". Fill in your shipping information and complete payment securely via our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay). Your order is officially confirmed once the payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email or SMS.
2. Payment Methods
We accept digital payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular Wallets. All transactions are securely completed on our website. SAAJ does not store or process card payment credentials on our server.
3. Accuracy of Product Pricing
We strive to ensure all descriptions and prices on the website are accurate. However, typographical errors may occasionally occur. SAAJ reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel or adjust orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices.
4. Proper Product Care Guidelines
While our premium anti-tarnish jewelry is PVD-plated and waterproof, longevity depends on proper handling. Avoid direct contact with harsh chemical sprays, perfume, or sanitizers to maintain the golden luster for years.
Returns & Refunds
Our commitment at SAAJ is to deliver premium quality anti-tarnish jewelry. Please read our policy regarding returns and replacements.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
We offer a 24-hour return and replacement window from the time of delivery for items that arrive damaged or carry manufacturing defects. Contact us on WhatsApp with your invoice details and your unboxing video to initiate a replacement/return request. All return/replacement requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
2. Personal Hygiene & Change of Mind
Due to personal hygiene guidelines and the delicate nature of fashion jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchange requests for "change of mind" or personal styling preference once the jewelry packaging has been opened.
3. Refund Processing
If a replacement for a defective item is unavailable, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 24 hours of approval.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver anti-tarnish luxury to wardrobes nationwide. Here are our shipping terms.
1. Dispatch Timelines
All orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched from our Nagpur store within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Timelines
We partner with leading Indian courier services (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC) to ensure safe transit. Expected delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Other Locations PAN India: 5 to 7 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
- Orders above ₹999: Free Delivery across India.
- Orders under ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applied.
4. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, tracking links and details will be shared with you via email, SMS, or our official customer support.

We use local storage (localStorage) in your browser exclusively to store your Shopping Bag items so that you can navigate across pages without losing your bag contents. No tracking pixels or advertising cookies are utilized.
